AUB-SVP means ‘please’ in Dutch and French and stands for a friendly, personal and multilingual service. AUB-SVP is constantly doing research into sustainable food. We experiment with seasonal vegetables, local and organic products and by-catch. Surplus food is processed in a creative way and we respond to the increasing demand of vegan food. These themes are introduced to the public via diverse pop-up events.

AUB-SVP is enjoying good food at affordable prices. The chef experiments with flavors and textures that result in healthy and unusual combinations. Every dish is served with traditional bread from Brussels’ best artisan baker Yves Guns. Exciting drinks contribute to the full experience, ranging from organic wines and beers from Brussels to homemade cocktails and lemonade.
